James Dayley, is a Certified, Master Hypnotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the field of hypnosis.

In order for James to assist you in your hypnotherapy sessions, he will first need to access your presenting issue in a private phone consultation. He will then recommend the course of therapy and give you an estimated idea of how many hypnotherapy sessions you may need.

James requires a minumum of 3 sessions (booked one week apart) to establish your left and right brain dominance and how quickly hypnotic suggestions are activated in your subconsious mind.  It is said that 21 days are needed to create a new habit or change in one's life.  This is why James will be working to set your goals for the first 3 sessions to establish life-long results.

Some clients may only need a few sessions, while others may need to continue their therapy for a longer course of time.  No two people are alike, therefore each session will have "personalized" hypnotic suggestions - not scripted ones. 

James is a member of the American Hypnosis Association and is certified through Hypnosis Motivation Institute and the Stage Hypnosis Center specializing in Peak Performance, Pain Managment, Smoke Cessation and is a Lifestye Weight Loss Hypnosis specailist.
